Golden Triangle

A 12-hectare family estate based on a clay-limestone terroir in Cuers, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence “Golden Triangle”, comprising the communes of Puget-Ville, Pierrefeu and Cuers. The name “LOUIS” was chosen in memory of the estate's founder, Louis Massel.

Tasting

The color is a very pale pink.

Notes of grapefruit and white-fleshed fruit on the nose.

A fresh, round, aromatic wine with notes of red fruit and citrus. Fresh and generous on the palate.

Food & Wine

Ceviche fish, squid with parsley, but also trattoria dishes: escalope Milanese, eggplant parmesan or pasta alle vongole.

Serve at 9-10°C

VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested in the early morning to take advantage of the freshness of the berries. The grapes are destemmed and cooled to 8°C. They are then gently pressed to extract the best juice.

TERROIR

The Mediterranean climate provides maximum sunshine for this very stony terroir on a clay matrix typical of the “gavroches”.
