History
Ferme des Sellettes in Ramatuelle is a centuries-old bastide built on an ancient Gallo-Roman farm overlooking the Bay of Pampelonne.
This is one of Provence's smallest estates, covering 3.8 hectares. Straddling the border between Ramatuelle and La Croix Valmer, the winery, where the wines are matured, is on the same scale as the vineyard. The owner, Christian Chauvet, produces two cuvées and manages his vineyard using organic farming methods.

Hand-harvested, Domaine de la Sultanine wines express their terroir with elegance and delicacy: crystalline, fresh with a beautiful salinity for immediate pleasure.
Carefully tended vines, well-thought-out vinification, an experienced winemaker: everything you need to make great wines is here. Housed in a new cellar, the estate is on the same scale as its vineyards.
Here, the vats are man-height, and the barrels used for vinification and ageing can be counted on the fingers of one hand.
