Hélène and Jacques Arizzi's family business on the road to Le Thoronet in Le Cannet-des-Maures was taken over
in the mid-2000s by their son Gabriel, who left the cooperative to create the eponymous estate.
Château Gabriel is a 10-hectare family estate in Le Cannet des Maures. The estate has been using organic farming methods since 2011.

Gabriel has converted his dozen hectares of vines to organic farming, benefiting from an exceptionally sunny microclimate in the heart of the Var.

The absence of synthetic weedkillers, fungicides or insecticides, and the use of organic soil improvers form the basis of this ‘organic viticulture’.
The grapes are harvested mainly by hand once the berries have reached full ripeness. The harvest is systematically sorted and destemmed.
Gentle pressing extracts the free-run juice, which is then separated from the press juice.
