A 9-hectare estate nestled in a cirque at the foot of the village of Gassin, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. The former owner, Marie-Louise Roux, known as Malyse, passed on her estate to Patrick Valentin, an agronomist by training with a passion for wine.

Tasting
Pale, crystalline pink.
Fine nose with notes of white-fleshed fruit.
Ample and intense on the palate, with a lovely freshness and aromas of nectarine, apricot and red berries, prolonged by some sweet spices. Delicate structure and saline finish.
Food & Wine
Enjoy with Mediterranean tapas, grilled vegetables, cuttlefish and calamari a la plancha, ratatouille, herb grills...
Serve chilled, between 10 and 12 degrees.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested at night, by hand and by headlamp. After pressing on arrival at the winery, the free-run and first press juices are cold-settled before maturing on fine lees in stainless steel vats.On fine lees to bring out aromas and structure.
