Very pale pink with crystalline highlights.
A nose with notes of citrus and garrigue.
Airy and salivating on the palate. Its minerality gives it a distinctive freshness, enhanced by a salinity typical of the terroir.
Ideal with seafood, small stuffed dishes, bouillabaisse, but also exotic and Asian dishes. And for dessert, a lovely red fruit tarte tropézienne.
Serve chilled, between 8 and 10 degrees.
