Gilles and Christophe Rouvier succeeded their father on this 20-hectare family estate in Cuers. The two Rouvier brothers, who are in the process of converting to organic farming, practice environmentally-friendly viticulture and high-precision vinification, based on rigorous plot selection.

Tasting

The color is a very pale pink.

A great rosé for gastronomy, full-bodied and complex, with good tension, fine texture and natural freshness.

Aromas of white flowers and white fruits (peach), enhanced by sweet spices on a salivating finish.

VINIFICATION

After several years' experience, the grapes from this exceptional parcel of Grenache on gavroches soil, complemented by a few rows of Syrah, are tapped and aged for 9 months in lightly toasted demi-muids.

TERROIR

This exceptional terroir, with its maritime influence and soils of gavroches, limestone pebbles mixed with red clay, is considered the Golden Triangle of Var winegrowing between the villages of Cuers, Puget-Ville and Pierrefeu.
