A sunny and structured wine with ripe red and black fruits, aromas of scrubland and rounded tannins with a delicate roasted note.

To be enjoyed with a black olive tapenade, grilled sausages, lamb skewers with thyme, duck breast, eggplant gratin, pepper piperade...

Serve at 12-14°C.

Traditional maceration of sorted and destemmed berries followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Partial aging in wood for a few months.

The stony red clay soil rich in bauxite helps retain water when it rains and concentrates the aromas, giving the wines great energy.
