Tasting

Light pink color with salmon reflections.

VINIFICATION

Une vendange systématiquement triée et égrappée, un pressurage direct en douceur avant une fermentation à basse température et un élevage sur lies fines en cuves inox thermorégulées.
The stony red clay soil rich in bauxite helps retain water when it rains and concentrates the aromas, giving the wines great energy.
