A 14-hectare estate located in Ramatuelle on a sandy terroir to the east of the Pampelonne beaches. Created by Florentin Gal in 1886, it is now run by Camille Coste, daughter of Christine Coste Gal.

Tasting

Brilliant with golden highlights.

Elegant, with notes of exotic fruit and citrus.

Round and mineral on the palate, with long-lasting aromas and an iodized finish.

Food & Wine

Ideal as an aperitif or with ceviche or grilled fish, shellfish or goat's cheese.

Serve well chilled, between 8 and 10 degrees.

Wines from the estate

VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The grapes are then transported to the cellar, where they are pressed directly. Juice extraction is slow and delicate, and temperatures are controlled to preserve the wine's freshness.

TERROIR

Close to the Mediterranean Sea, the vineyards benefit from a terroir composed mainly of sand with excellent drainage capacity.
