VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The grapes are then transported to the cellar, where they are pressed directly. Juice extraction is slow and delicate, and temperatures are controlled to preserve the wine's freshness.

TERROIR

Close to the Mediterranean Sea, the vineyards benefit from a terroir composed mainly of sand with excellent drainage capacity.
