Family estate founded in 1910 by the Fabre family and located in the heart of the Côtes de Provence Appellation in the “Golden Triangle” comprising the communes of Puget Ville, Pierrefeu and Cuers. Today, the vineyard is run by Frédéric Fabre using organic farming methods.

Tasting

Deep, brilliant color.

The intense, subtle nose is dominated by aromas of red fruit (cherry, arbutus) and pink pepper.

On the palate, this rosé pleasantly surprises with its balance and aromatic freshness.

Food & Wine

Goes well with all types of aperitif: tapas, taramas... But also summer salads like the classic tomato mozza or salade niçoise.

Serve at 9-10°C

Wines from the estate

VINIFICATION

The grapes are destemmed and cooled to 8°C. They are gently pressed directly to extract the best juice. The juice is then cold settled for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures (18°C).

TERROIR

The very stony soils with a red sandy-clay matrix enable us to obtain perfectly ripe grapes while preserving a fine balance. The warm, dry Mediterranean climate favors grape ripening and good health.
