This is one of the smallest estates in Provence... almost 5 hectares scattered across the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between Gassin, La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle. All Christian Chauvet and his wife Eliane's plots are organically grown and hand-harvested.

Tasting

Brilliant color with light green highlights.

A round, complex, aromatic white thanks to partial aging in wood, with an intense nose of lemon verbena and vine peach.

On the palate, a mineral framework, discreetly vanilla-flavored with chestnut cream, and a salivating finish.

Food & Wine

Enjoy with fish in a lemon sauce, poultry in a cream sauce, veal blanquette, goat's cheese...

VINIFICATION

After direct pressing on arrival at the winery and fermentation in vats, partial ageing in oak barrels for several months.

The vines are scattered in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between Gassin, La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle, just above Pampelonne beach.
