This is one of the smallest estates in Provence... almost 5 hectares scattered across the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between Gassin, La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle. All Christian Chauvet and his wife Eliane's plots are organically grown and hand-harvested.

Tasting

Intense red.

A fresh, pleasant wine, round and mineral, with aromas of ripe red fruit, some black fruit and hints of licorice.

A particularly fruity, tangy red with a very discreet woodiness.

VINIFICATION

Vinification in stainless steel vats, followed by 8-9 months in 350-litre oak barrels.

TERROIR

The vines are scattered in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between Gassin, La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle, just above Pampelonne beach.
