This is one of the smallest estates in Provence... almost 5 hectares scattered across the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between Gassin, La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle. All Christian Chauvet and his wife Eliane's plots are organically grown and hand-harvested.

Tasting

Pale, crystalline pink.

A particularly aromatic wine with aromas of peach, acacia flowers, red berries and melon.

Round and delicate on the palate, with a delicately saline texture.

VINIFICATION

State-of-the-art vinification with low juice temperature to extract more aromas, gentle direct pressing, de-stemming of the first juices and ageing on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

TERROIR

The vines are scattered in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez between Gassin, La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle, just above Pampelonne beach.
