VINIFICATION

Parcel selection. Hand-picked only in the morning. Pellicular maceration for a few hours in an inert atmosphere, gentle pneumatic pressing with selection of the first juices and temperature-controlled fermentation.
Aged on fine lees until bottling.

TERROIR

The vines are planted on slopes with schistose soil, clay on the upper part of the estate and gravel near the river.
