L'Esprit Français rosé

VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested exclusively at night, between 4am and 6am, to preserve their aromatic potential. Direct pressing in an oxygen-free environment is followed by low-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees.

TERROIR

Situated in the heart of the Golden Triangle, an exceptional Côtes de Provence terroir between Cuers, Pierrefeu and Puget-Ville in the foothills of the Massif des Maures.
