VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested early in the morning to take advantage of the freshness of the berries, then destemmed and cooled to 8°C before being delicately pressed to extract the best juice. Only free-run juice is used to make this cuvée.

Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, an exceptional Côtes de Provence terroir between Cuers, Pierrefeu and Puget-Ville in the foothills of the Massif des Maures.
