VINIFICATION

The grapes are destemmed, cooled to 8°C and sent to the press. Particular care is taken during pressing to ensure that only the best quality juice is kept. This is followed by the fermentation stages, with perfect temperature control throughout.

TERROIR

The HVE 3 label guarantees a high level of biodiversity and a low dependence on fertilisers and other plant protection products for self-sufficient farming that does little damage to the soil.
