VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested exclusively at night, between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m., to preserve their full aromatic potential. Direct pressing under inert conditions, protected from oxygen, is followed by low-temperature fermentation.

TERROIR

Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, an exceptional Côtes de Provence terroir nestled between Cuers, Pierrefeu and Puget-Ville, on the foothills of the Massif des Maures.
