Since its creation in 1955, the year of the filming of "Et Dieu... créa la femme" starring the sublime Brigitte Bardot, Club 55 on Pampelonne beach has become a legendary spot on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Its owner, Patrice de Colmont, takes great care to preserve nature and biodiversity.

This rosé had to follow the same principles and reflect his commitments:

Tasting

Beautiful pale pink colour.

Intense nose of red berries (Morello cherry, redcurrant) and white flowers.

Aromas of peach and fresh pineapple over a fine lemony, saline structure, awakened by an airy vivacity.

Food & Wine

Serve with a platter of raw vegetables, anchovy paste, pistou soup, grilled sea bass or strawberry soup.

Serve at 9°c.

VINIFICATION

The plot-selected grapes are harvested when perfectly ripe, after daily checks and tastings of the berries. Destemmed and cooled to 8°C before gentle direct pressing, the best juices are vinified in temperature-controlled vats.
