Founded in 1927, the 50-hectare estate is located in Vidauban in the heart of the Côtes de Provence region, around thirty kilometers from Saint-Tropez. Taken over by Markus Conrad in 2009, the vineyard was restructured and converted to Organic Farming.

VINIFICATION
This haute couture wine is the fruit of 50-year-old Syrah and 70-year-old Cabernet-Sauvignon from the sand, sandstone and quartz terroir of the Maures plain: the soils are grassed and plowed to preserve a varied microfauna. Use of natural treatments following lunar cycles.aging for 18 to 24 months in different containers (demimuids, barrels and concrete eggs).
