Founded in 1927, the 50-hectare estate is located in Vidauban, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence region, some thirty kilometers from Saint-Tropez. Taken over by Markus Conrad in 2009, the vineyard has been restructured and converted to organic farming.

Tasting

The colour is pale, bright, peachy with sandy nuances.

The nose is delicate and complex, with floral scents of lilac and rose, mixed with fresh tones of spice, pepper and vanilla.

The palate is crisp and delicious, with candy and peach aromas. There's tone, with notes of ginger and sapidity, followed by light tannins that are constructive, bringing substance, zest and persistence to the finish.

Food & Wine

To be enjoyed with exotic, spicy cuisine associated with ginger, ceviches, Moroccan dishes and especially Vietnamese cuisine with its finesse, lightness and the subtle fragrance of its aromatic herbs.

VINIFICATION

Fermented and aged in three- or four-wine barrels.

TERROIR

Land of sand, sandstone and quartz of the Maures plain: the soils are grassed and plowed to preserve a varied microfauna. Use of natural treatments following lunar cycles.
