Tasting

Very pale pink color.

The nose reveals greedy aromas of red berries.

A wine for immediate pleasure and the beach, fresh, light and tangy, with aromas of lemon, peach and citrus zest, a light aniseed note and a saline finish.

Food & Wine

Enjoy with summer salads, rillettes and fish terrines. It can also be drunk as an aperitif at a picnic or summer meal.

Serve chilled at 8-9 degrees.

The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness, destemmed and vinified by direct pressing in temperature-controlled vats.
