VINIFICATION

By using a de-alcoholization technique, the Maîtres Vignerons have succeeded in preserving the wine's delicate aromas while reducing its alcohol content and preserving its Appellation d'IGP Méditerranée status. What's more, this innovative method consumes very little water, the conservation of which is a key concern for Provençal winegrowers.

TERROIR

Like all Maîtres Vignerons de Saint-Tropez rosés, this wine is made from a meticulous plot selection of Carignan and Ugni blanc grapes, harvested fresh in the morning. The juice is then obtained by direct pressing.
