VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, destemmed and cooled to 8°C . Particular attention is paid to pressing so as to retain only the highest-quality first juices.

TERROIR

The HVE 3 label guarantees a high level of biodiversity and low dependence on fertilizers and other phytosanitary products for self-sufficient agriculture that does little damage to the soil.
