VINIFICATION

The grapes are destemmed and immediately pressed to preserve the purest juice. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring precise temperature management and allowing each grape variety to fully express its character and style. A slight residual sweetness from the must enhances the wine’s roundness and deliciously fruity profile.
